Hi Guys. Just want to thank you for a fantastical weekend, without your organisation....um...did I word that right? Seriously, Gary and Mike thanks for taking the time and effort to do it - Dave, thanks for driving, Wayne, thanks for being there so we could laugh.....um....with you....Sally, the French bloke you gave the bird to, now wants to be your friend on FB! We'll post some pictures and vids soon...somewhere and send you all the link.

Fellas, Thought I'd share my diving experience with you as it seems I've been rather lucky!
As you know, I did my confined qualification with you on 13th Feb, Carol & I then went to Dahab last week where I'd booked to do my referral on Mon & Tue I loved it & went straight into my advanced qualification doing my 5 adventure dives (Boat, Underwater navigation, Drift, Deep, Peak Buoyancy plus a night dive to boot!).
On Thursday 4th, we set off to Gabr el Bint for the boat & Drift elements & within 5 minutes the crew were all excited & shouting "shark"! There was a Whale shark ( around 10m long ) circling the boat so we slowed & circled it for several minutes ( see photo ), they told us it only appears once or twice a year in the area so felt thrilled to have seen it as you can imagine!
The following day, we went firstly to Canyon for my deep dive ( was great ) then in the afternoon went to Blue Hole as we were so close for my 1st dive qualified as an Advanced Diver. With only myself, Carol & Gamal the instructor together, we were returning to shore at around 15m when Gamal suddenly beckoned us forward to him, as we got nearer, there in front of him was the Whaleshark again!
It did a figure of 8 plus a circle around us then on it's final pass, came straight to me passing inches below- I had to move to the side so as not to touch it's tail which was over 6 Ft high & off it went into the great blue yonder- such an incredible experience!!! We were absolutely overjoyed to have had such a close encounter with it & when we got back to shore, Gamal went up & down the beach telling his mates & it seems we were the only ones who had such a close up of it & even who saw it!
The Dive centre interviewed us, with a view to putting a piece in their newsletter, CDWS want to do a similar piece on it and Regaldive who we went with want to feature it too!! The instructor with some 9,000 dives to his credit had never had such an experience & I got it on my 10th, Carol on her 260th - unbelievable!!! Trouble is, what & where next????

Dear Wayne, I can confirm Scubapro's position regarding a technicians status when they leave a dive centre.
If a Scubapro qualified technician leaves the employment of a Scubapro authorised dealer or the dealer is no longer authorised by Scubapro then they are no longer authorised to service Scubapro equipment.
If they then move to another authorised dealer they can transfer the Scubapro qualification and continue to service under the new dealership. If however they move to a dive centre who is not a Scubapro authorised dealer they are not authorised to service Scubapro equipment.

Dear all, Just to let you all know that the letter sent recently to the Farnes filling station, has acknowledged the letter sent & has now settled the Diveline bill. (For all those that took them in for testing & those that needed cleaning)

Just a quick Email to say a HUGE THANKS to you all - especially Jenny Fairburn. Myself & a friend drove a long way to come to your Try Dive on the above mentioned date. Both a tad nervous of what to expect however, we were met by very friendly staff & an awesome instructor!
Everything was explained crystal clear, expert tuition & to be honest, an excellent introduction into scuba diving! Jenny is an asset to your company. Despite the distance we live (Near Dartford, Kent, nearly 2 hours) I will happily recommend you guys to anyone I know of who is thinking of trying scuba diving & I meet a lot of people through my line of work !
Once again, a huge thanks & i'm afraid I may just have caught the bug !!

Belated thanks for the BBQ at the launch of your shop in Colchester. I thought it was excellent.
The Aquasun D3 RC torch I won in the raffle is a super piece of kit. I have not used it for its proper purpose yet, underwater, but it has been out in the rain and wet of Bonny Scotland (same thing, really!!!).

Thanks for a great night at Colchester Diveline on Thursday, Carole and myself as newbies really enjoyed meeting up with so many members and you and your team had clearly put in a lot of hard work preparing for the night. The history of Diveline was very interesting and it is unbelievable how both the shop and pool have developed over the years into the thriving facility that it is today.
We really appreciate the prizes and Carole can't wait to test out the new Regs in Marsa Alam at the end of August.

Well, we did it! the first 2 dives were a bit of a blur due to us being a bit nervous but the 3rd and 4th dives were great as we were much more relaxed. We had intended to do more dives but to be honest the standard of equipment we saw at some of the dive schools was a little worrying. It made us realise what a thoroughly professional set up you have at ‘Diveline’ and the equipment we used along with the instruction that you gave us was head and shoulders above anything else we saw during our trip. We can’t wait to do some more and will almost certainly try and join you on some of your outings in the UK and the trip to Egypt next year.
Many thanks for order 15 which arrived at 11.00 am today, this was less than 48 hours after ordering it.
