Nitrox Blender

This course is designed to train competent personnel in the safe handling of oxygen and the preparation of Nitrox. Prerequisites are that you must have a need to become a blender for work or must be certified as Advanced Nitrox Diver and located in remote area. Course content including safe handling, gas mixing theory, oxygen cleaning, mixing systems, oxygen testing, hands on gas mixing and a written exam. Note that only persons working for a Nitrox centre can purchase Visual Inspection (VIP) stickers.

The book is crammed with in depth articles and discussions covering all aspects of technical and nitrox diving. Physics, physiology and equipment considerations are discussed in detail.
